Here are a few common problems:

There's no sound when playing tunes.

First, check your system volume and output settings. Also make sure that you have Quicktime 2.0 or higher installed (see the 'Playing Tunes' topic)

A score display is really weird, or the words aren't under the right notes.

This could be a problem with the data. If you send me the name of the song causing the problem, we can probably fix it.

Labels don't work, or preferences aren't being saved.

If you're using the database off of a CD or locked disk, you won't be able to use labels.

Notes in the score are drawn incorrectly.

If you had a pre-3.0 version of the Digital Tradition installed, it's possible that your system is still using the old version of the DigiTrad font. Throw away the DigiTrad font and install the new one.
