Hi !! Just to remind anyone who might be interested that tomorrow sees the first "session" of the Marlow Bottom Acoustic Club at the new venue,viz the Dog & Badger in Medmenham, half way between Henley & Marlow. Huge car-park,real fires,good food,real ales,and great musicians....for what more could you ask ?? Quite a lot, I expect.

Well, I'm hoping to put a spoke in the Folk Process tonight by introducing some of that decadent jass music from the foetid underbelly of West Sussex - while half a dozen or so dark-eyed slender houris (I think I've got the right word) attend to my every want. I can but dream...

It was great fun - we certainly let rip with Dennis Murphy's & John Ryan's! The London Pride went down a treat - and didn't Bubblyrat look good sitting on his cajon? As you say - a very nice venue indeed with good acoustics, good beer and service, and glowing log fires.

For those who haven't met Leadfingers, he's even more gorgeous (and hairier) in the flesh than you could ever imagine... :-)
