sometimes I can't help passing along something that might be of interest to our world-wide, multi-cultural, eclectic, and educated, bunch.

Found this page on all the fonts you'll ever need to converse, write..etc. in different languages..I found it thru this page on languages and translation .....

which I found thru my daily check of The Black Stump Australia's gift to the world...listing of every kind of useful..(and silly) page imaginable.

Wow..! BillD has found what appears to be an unlimited source of sites for any interest. All categorized and easily navigated. Check it out. Thanks for sharing that with us Bill!

Bill D - Thanks for the lead. Found a site for cuneiform studies (wedges and all). If I can self-teach, in a few years I can post some old-Babylonian folksongs. If that sounds weird, I was a history major who emphasized ancient Near Eastern history as an undergraduate. To me GrecoRoman history is 'modern', WWII (the big one) is a current event.---John

hmmm..and then they will all be wanting a program which reads cuneiform and puts in all the notes and key signature..and translates it to ABC and SonrWright...and a Braille format...sort of a Rosetta Tablature! *ducking for cover**
