Performing without the constraints of a band afforded McGuinn more time to dabble in another love -- technology. I was about to start a new thread, when I found this one in the archives...I have all the Byrds' albums, but only stumbled on this site in recent months. McGuinn seems to be recording a new track (usually traditional) every month and putting it up there...all downloadable and absolutely free. Been listening keenly of late, and there's scarcely a duff track among the scores he has there. The voice hasn't aged one bit, and his banjo playing is HOT!

Definitely well worth a listen, IMHO.
