Tune Req: Brave Lewie Roy

I am looking for the fiddle tune "Brave Lewie Roy" from Kerr's Third Collection of Merry Melodies. I have tried to buy the book but I have been told by all the music stores that I have talked to that the book is recently out of print. If any one knows where I could get the book or just the tune in any format please let me know.
