Help: Highland Piping

Can anybody out there help me find either Jon Quigg or John Bosworth? These 2 gentlemen come highly recommended to me by a Mr. Roddy MacDonald as excellent snare drum instructors. I understand that Mr. Quigg plays with the "City of Washington Pipe Band". I have no idea what Mr. Bosworth's affiliations are. I understand they are both in the Washington, DC area.

Any assistance would be welcome.
