Just a thought, it may be worth considering books. The series "Folk Songs And Ballads Popular In Ireland" by Ossian would seem to suit your requirments.

Thanks. I've searched all over for books and they're pretty expensive over the net. But anyway if noone comes through I'll probably have to invest in those.
