Davecoje drives at such a speed on life's slippery highway that he often fishtails. I have never seen him run completely off the road, however, no matter his condition. Personally, there is usually something that irritates me into my best thinking when he writes. I don't know what this one is about but I bet it connects somewhere.

I've been on the river all afternoon and didn't drink a lousy beer until I got home. As soon as I got on here some cat talkin' Chaucer-esque was raking my ass all over the coals. Poaching is illegal, eh? I will buy a T-shirt in the dude's memory, but I know he will be back. I was just starting to enjoy the cat when he got really coarse and drifted off, hey, I'm a cheap date! And I have my own river... well, canoe.

Just a friendly suggestion Davie - when you want to comment on something in another thread, why not stick in some kind of reference or link, if the idea is that it might mean anything to anybody else? There's a lot of threads here, and who reads them all?
