Lyr Req: Chachalaca

This was a Pete Seeger song back in the early 1960s. The words were in Spanish. The melody hangs on (as melodies tend to) I had completely forgotten everything but the melody until I was browsing through a book about "Birds of the World" & discovered Chachalaca - a singing mexican roadrunner I think, and said yup. that's it.

I looked in the Digitrad Database - no luck. Does anyone know the words?? Can anyone translate them into Ingles?
