THe response I received for the lyrics to Keltie Clippie was so quick and wonderful. I thank all who helped. Now a Washington,D.C. area question. There usewd to be a chain of sandwich shops owned by former Redskin Eddie Leonard. I've been hunting for the lyrics to the jingle for two years. Anyone out there old or knowledgeable enough to remember them? Thanks

Thanks [e-mail] for the lyrics. I tried Oldies 100, but to no avail. You solved a long standing bug-a-boo for me. I can bet you still remember when Robert Hall and Kinney Shoe stores were built and the Tick-Tock made some of the best pizza around.

I'm the great grandson of Eddie Leonard (Bernard Simon). I have a correction, Eddie Leonard was never a Redskin, but he was a Southern Flyweight Boxing Champion and later a judge and referee. He reffed the match of Joe Louis vs. Jimmy Bivins 08-15-1951
