Subject: Rice, Beans and New Orleans... From: GUEST,Joe Date: 10 Aug 00 - 11:24 PM Hi All, I'm hoping someone can help me with this song that's running around in my otherwise hollow skull. I only remember one line - "went down to New Orleans, got myself some rice and beans". The singer sounded like Tom Waits but I don't think it was. I heard it a while back on XPN in Philly but even they can't remember it... Thanks in advance for any and all help! Joe |
