Subject: RE: HearMe Now? From: Catrin Date: 13 Aug 00 - 08:33 AM After being the one to post the first message, I got whisked away by family commitments after only an hour (Hearme time is different to normal time - it whizzes!). While I was there, I heard Jacko sing a scottish one and Nynia sing that beautiful Eric Bogul one 'if wishes were fishes'.
I sang:
Bright Blue Rose Catrin |

Subject: RE: HearMe Now? From: Liz the Squeak Date: 13 Aug 00 - 08:43 AM Well not all of the London lot were pissed - designated driver here! We (attempted) a parody on Willy MacBride - words will follow as soon as Gervase sobers up enough to remember where he left his bag..... and the Gladiator song. We also did Bruce the Philosophers' song, courtesy of Monty Python. There was another song, by Dick, but I was in the garden looking for hedgehogs when he was singing, so I missed it. Maybe next time we should do the singing at the house, rather than go to the pub first.... maybe next time, we should get a mike with a longer lead and try to keep Micca under control!!! A wonderful evening was had by all, and hangovers are being delivered UPS.... Mine is non existant, because I was good...... If you are that curious, the event was captured on DVD... and I daresay some of the photos will make their way into the album.... LTS |
