Member or Guest?

When I first linked to Mudcat from Foxes Covert Irish Archives, I was just a Guest. Then, about a month or so ago, I became a member, or so I thought I did. When I posted a message on Sept. 11 to "Favorite Jacobite Songs", I was Robby. However, when I again posted to that thread on Sept. 14, I was GUEST Robby. I would appreciate knowing whether I am a member or a guest. Thanks.

Sounds like your 'cookie' was deleted (it happens sometimes). Try going to "reset cookie" on the quicklinks menu at the top of the page - that probably will fix you.

Well Sean, that kinda' depends on whether he wants to be fixed. We had a cat fixed and it didn't care for it. We used to call him Terrible Tom. Now we call him Sam Spade. He just lays in the breadbox and stares at us.

Go to Membership (in blue above). The link will take you to your membership page. If the form is filled out, click on "Reset Cookie". It can get "lost" if you clean out the cookies in your computer. And welcome!

Somehow I managed to have two threads going at the same time with the same title. I must be a technological dummy. But anyway, thanks for all the suggestions. Now I'm a member again.
