Nynia says sorry.......

But from the middle of next week I won't get the chance to see much of you for a while. For those of you who don't know I'm moving back to my home town and going to Uni to do a BA in Scottish Studdies. This means staying with my parents for a while at least. Internet access will be limited to the University I guess, so that means no hearme for the immediate future. Hopefully I'll get to hear some of you before I go, if not I hope to catch up with you whenever. I think Alan Bell said it better than I ever could.

When first we met, complete, total strangers
We did not know if we could be friends
How soon we've come to know each other
So now I know we'll meet again

So here's to you and our time together
I'll share with you now a parting glass

Yeah Nynia, I'll miss you. As a study-holic myself I do understand, as long as you allow yourself some time for 'threading' while you're on the uni computers.

Thanks folks, I will keep in touch as much as possible. By the way Diva is also doing this course and we've both been told that they want to collect and archive the music and song of SW Scotland. I guess we'll hate that.

Nynia, sorry you won't be joining us in Hearme much as I have very much enjoyed your singing and songs, I hope the studying goes well and you don't have to spend too much of your song collecting time in those horrible smoky "pub" places.
