Sorry, Jan Wositzky aka Bill Smith was a founding member of The Bushwackers but I've never heard "Sack The Jack".

The song was a republican thing about getting rid of the union jack from our flag. "Sack the Jack" may not be the title but is is certainly the hook. Here's Jan Wositzky's website but I couldn't find any reference to the Union Jack there.
