Subject: Update on new guitar From: jeepman (inactive) Date: 27 Feb 01 - 07:38 PM I have had the Martin D15 for several weeks now and have picked it hard. At least 2 hours per day.I have picked bluegrass and anything else I could figure out. My focus now is on fingerpicking(all help accepted gratefully). LBG (LIttle Brown Guitar) is now getting loose and needs some attention. I am thinking of getting it"Boned" when I get it set up. Any thoughts on this? Jeepman |

Subject: RE: BS: Update on new guitar From: Gray Rooster Date: 27 Feb 01 - 08:00 PM If you mean ivory nut and bridge pins, go for it. I have them installed on many of my guitars. Don't forget the end pin and heel plate if you want to finish the job. I believe you'll discover a new tonal world comin' out of the box. |
