"Holdin' a Good Hand" was the name of both an album and a song recorded by Lee Greenwood in 1990. I was not able to find any lyrics.

"Down to My Last Broken Heart" was written by Chick Rains and recorded by Janie Fricke. You can find the lyrics at several places on the 'Net. Click here for one.

There are at least 4 songs called "Across the Great Divide." One was written by Kate Wolf and recorded by Kate Wolf, Nanci Griffith, and others. Another was written by Robbie Robertson and recorded by The Band (See Mad4Mud's link above). Another was written and recorded by Jo Carol Pierce. Another was written by Dan Wilson and recorded by Semisonic. I'm guessing you want this one:
