Subject: Help: pop-up tamer From: Gary T Date: 13 Aug 01 - 11:18 PM I recall a mention within the last few months of a technique to eliminate pop-ups. I thought I had traced the thread, but I didn't. Can anyone direct me to the thread, or explaing the technique? Thanks. |

Subject: RE: Help: pop-up tamer From: Liz the Squeak Date: 14 Aug 01 - 12:44 AM Oh my life has been bliss since I got my PUK..... but when the speaker is on it does make a noise like a machine gun..... what the hell, it's a small price to pay to get rid of that bloody casino popup. If that doesn't do it for you, do a history and look for the Paltalk threads - that's where the popupkillers first made an appearance. LTS |
