Soul singer Betty has died at her home in Wisconsin. She got into the US top in 1964 with her song "The Shoop Shoop Song" which was also later recorded by Cher. Other hits included "I Can't Hear You" and "Getting Mighty Crowded." Another to join the Heavenly Choir - she will have good company and no doubt will be sharing great memories.
