Iknow this isnt a folk song, but I have searched the web and can't find what I am looking for. I am looking for a lovely gospel song by Bill Gaither called "Something Beautiful" My daughter is learning to play guitar, she wants to lrarn this song to sing at her youth group meeting. I need the lyrics and chords so I can help her learn the song. Thanks for helping me.

Johnne, go to the Google search engine at www.google.com. Type in a line of the song (no more than ten words) and there's a fair chance you'll find it.

In the version I am looking at, it is hard to determine exactly where the chords change; the chords above are laid out line for line to correspond to the lyric also above. thank you so much. I am sure that I can figure the chord changes out when Elena and I work on the song. I know the song is fairly easy, but I wasn't sure I remembered all the words. Again I thank you.

It's a good one, isn't it. We do it wrong because I learned it that way from a ladies prayer group that always sang a capella. They sang it as a 3/4 piece. Later I found out it's written as a kind of syncopated 4/4. But I like it as a dreamy sort of waltz.
