My 72 year father has a song that he cannot remember the words to ...can you help me these are some of the words that he remembers....By the way he could not remember them when he was a young man...it was a favorite song of his father..anyway here goes.
It is possibly called
TAKE THINGS AS THEY COME.....

The first time he asked her say yes or say no
She picked up the broom and said yes you may go
So I made up my mind to take things as they come
