There's a verse to Hop High Ladies a/k/a Uncle Joe that I have been unable to find on any lyrics web site. It starts "If you want to get to Heaven I'll tell you what to do" and ends "and slide right over to the Promised Land". The only recording on which I heard this verse is, of all things, an old Boys of the Lough CD, from a studio session they had in California.

Anyone out there know it?

If you want get to heaven let me tell you what to do/ Grease your feet in a little mutton stew/Slide right out of the devil's hand/ And slip on over to the Promised Land. Hey,two lyric requests in a few minutes and i knew the words to both of them. and not a computer in sight.

Means the cake has "fallen" already, so you don't have to worry but just go ahead and stomp the dance floor all you please.

(While the cake's in the over you're supposed to walk gently so it will keep its shape and not fall.)
