John Davy tunes

I am trying to find the music for a tune by John Davy called 'The ballad of Will Watch the Bold Smuggler'. Does anybody know of this or indeed of John Davy, who also wrote 'The Bay of Biscay'?

Song of "Will Watch" is in '80 Street Ballads' on the web, but I don't have tune. There's more than one "Bay of Biscay, O", can you give us a first line? On the other hand, I don't think I have any tunes that I know to be by John Davy. Early 19th century?

Many thanks Bruce for your reply though sorry for my slow response. I have the lyrics for 'Will Watch'- its really the tune for this I'm needing-but nothing for 'Bay of Biscay'. I think the song originated in the 1830's which would place John Davy in the first half of the 19th C.
