Does any one have music or chord arrangements for a song called "THE OLD RADIO"?

It goes something like this:

Out behind the barn today,
A load of stuff to throw away,
I saw a wooden box I used to know.
Among the weeds and the busted jars,
The rusty parts of daddy's cars,
Lay the broken cabinet of our family radio.

I turned it over on its back.
The glass was full of dirt and cracks
Where the magic lighted dial used to be.
I turned it on and I listened hard
To the wind in the old barnyard.
I shed a tear to see it there. It had been so good to me!

CHORUS: Oh, the old radio, the old radio,
It held a place of honor in our home of long ago.
Now the folks are dead and gone and I'm getting on.
I shed a tear to see it there. It had been so good to me!

This is all I know of the song. Help would be greatly accepted for the balance of lyrics and chord arrangements for the 6-string thing.
