Anyone know this song - all I can remember is the first line > It's Saturday night fells like a Sunday( Monday).

What would be great is to find a recording as I can't remember the tune either.- Mind you I'm 50 now and it all gets a little hazy...

Donovan, definitely - they were my older sister's albums, I had copies on reel to reel tape (yow! the years have passed!). I remember another line fragment: "you are but a young girl and ..." so searching through song titles elsewhere, maybe "Young Girl Blues"???
