The Sunday afternoon session at the Old Lane Inn, Halifax [ Yorkshire ] has now moved to the Colliers Arms at Elland near Halifax. Sam Smiths great real beers at giveaway prices and either of two good rooms to sing and play in.
The new tennants at the Old Lane eventually proved to be folk music unfriendly, giving preference to two people watching football on the telly over eighteen musicians.
