Seeking members of the band 'Targe'

I am looking for ex-members of my late husband's (John V. Kenny) band "Targe", who travelled with him to Germany in the early 80's, specifically Noel Kyne and Mervyn Haran. Would anybody have a lead?

The person I know spent sometime in Germany but I am not sure of the details.

Mervyn Haran went to Germany for about 5 years, I believe in 1980s is a musician. He had been living in London when I last saw him, and to my knowledge still is.
