Thanks Mark. I'm not very good at reading guitar tabs since I play a NGSI (Non-Guitar Stringed Instrument). But assuming the tuning is standard EADGBE, I should be able to work with it.

Seems everyone spells it differently. In Mudcat it's Diddie with an "ie". My spelling came out of Botkin's "Treasury of Southern Folklore". Makes it harder to do searches.

I think Diddy Wah Diddy is correct but it doesn't hert to look fer altarnit miss-pellings. That isn't the greatest tab I've ever seen but, as you say, you can probably figure it out from that.
