Val, John and Graham will be appearing on Friday at the St Albans folk-song club at the Duke of Marlborough, at the bottom of Holywell Hill.

Maybe Percy the racing pigeon will be there too.

we are looking forward to hearing them sing a clutch of Keith Marsden songs.

the acoustics are brilliant.

In support will be George Papavgeris and Chris Flegg, two super peformers in their own right.

non-smoking etc

Saw them at Broadstairs last year, doing a Kipling set with a few others. Talented bunch.

Waltham Abbey folk club have a singaround next monday. Google will get off its arse and give you more info if required.

Ps Breezy. Your Cornwall song went down great last night. Nice interpretation.

BUMMER!!!!   Last night, for the first time in more than five years I was enjoying a pint of GK in the Duke with an old Primary School friend over from Sydney to visit his mother on the occasion of her 90th birthday (still living in the cottage where she was born) maybe I'll get back on a folk night.....   :(((
