YES, there is such a thing, and it has been running now since 1972! All you folkies are cordially invited to our next session/booze up which takes place THIS SUNDAY at-

                   LAS CANDELAS (spanish restaurant)
                   ALBION STREET
                     HULL
                      8PM kick off

NO!- there are no "real ales" just various spanish wines and lagers
YES - smoking is actively encouraged

Come along and marvel at the guitar playing of Robin Kaye, who has to be England's greates flamenco player.

Las Candles La Mere sounds wonderful Tedward. hWb may pop along with flameing flamenco violin & levin in tow, plus miknackers. I've heard the curry is nice in there.

Question: If they've been going since 1972 why are they backward in comeing forward with the real ales?

hWb the true path......

The Spanish aren't big on real ales, beards or bodhrans, that's why I don't bother posting our sessions here. BUT, on a good night we kick arse! It can get raucous and rather jolly. The club was started 32years ago by Robin and Cameron, and they used to meet in The Blue Bell in those days. Do pop along.
