Oh, I know what to say, but that always get into trouble. Thanks all for the good wishes. It was nothing really. All I had to do was be born and then coast from there. Jeff- If you're getting a bit tired of my psychological torment, maybe we could switch over to some physical punishment, perhaps a form of mild discipline, just as a refreshing change. You, on the other hand, are on your hands and knees, collar and leash around your neck and desperately trying to blow out the inferno which has engulfed the top of your cake. I'm sorry. My little attempt above at humour was weak and ironic and misunderstood by the birthday man. My comment was simply a knee-jerk reaction born out of the migraine brain. When I saw the words "real pain", all I could think of was the intense pain of the moment.
