It's on The Flying Pickets "Lost Boys" CD released in 1999. The song title is "Monica Engineer".

It was also released on vinyl (way back) as the B side to "When You're Young and in Love."

Can't find lyrics anywhere. Sorry.

According to The Flying Pickets website, the title is MONIKA THE ENGINEER. (I couldn't find any lyrics there.) However, Amazon.com and other sites list it as MONICA ENGINEER or MONIKA ENGINEER. I transcribed this from sound samples:

Monika is gonna be an engineer.
Monika (ooh!) changing gear
Monika (ooh!) engineer...

[Then there's a passage that's very hard to understand, but I caught the phrase "things that make a lot of noise" at the end.]
