As a new act, hope we will be forgiven the plug, but Gone2thedogs (that's Gaucho and I)will be appearing at Bourne Folk Club, held at the Wishing Well, Dyke, nr Bourne Lincolnshire on May 27th.

Actually,(I know this sounds very weird) I'm a bit obsessed by Bourne and its surroundings. I often drive through it on my way to see my family in Peterborough. The odd thing is that I had no interest in it, whatsoever, when I lived in P'boro. I can't explain this obsession - but I suppose it's relatively harmless (can't imagine living there, for instance).
I'm pleased to see that Delaine buses are still running.
I probably won't be driving through Bourne on the 27th - otherwise I'd come to your club and inflict my singing on you.

Fingers crossed then! We did a short spot there a wee while ago and went down ok. We're a bit "kick-ass" as they say these days, so the diners will get their just...desserts?

Looks like we might be live on BBC Radio Lincs in a couple of weeks too...you old experts'll have to give us some tips!

Let us know if there's space at MR Club, Villan...we've lost track of stuff there since your move.


Bets wishes for tonight's gig - have to be elsewhere meself but I'm sure with that calibre of talent it will be a winner!

Singers and players also welcome - slightly posh restaurant venue apparently, but we're tucked away so the gnashing of diners' teeth shouldn't be too off-putting!
