Can anyone point me in the right direction here? I teach fiddle and have been approached by a group of classical players to help them play folk music. They are keen to at least start with the dots in front of them so I need an arrangement of a folk tune. They are 3 violins, one viola, one flute, one piano and a cello. I could write one myself I guess but it would be easier if something was available over the internet. They are accomplished musicians but I'd like to start them off with something simple so we can work on ornamentation and style straight off. Oh and they sing too. Any ideas would be gratefully received.
