Does anyone know the artist and the name of the song from that Nissan Commercial I've seen a bunch of times recently?

It's the one where the folkie is singing about driving in his car.

Part of it goes something like:
"Flick-flack open up the front door,
Click-clack open up the back door,
Flick-flack clackety clack
driving in my car"

Is this a real song or just a jingle?

OK - I figured out it was Woodie Guthrie's "Riding in My Car"

But it's definitely not him singing. Anyone know whose version it is?
