Subject: Tune Req: Nine Points of Roguery From: Jimmy C Date: 02 Nov 05 - 06:07 PM I'm looking for the mandolin tablature for these 2 tunes. 1 - None Points of Roguery 2 - Joseph's Fancy Note : Joseph's Fancy may be known by another title I suspect. Both recorded by the Johnsons years ago. Used to have the L.P, but can't find it now. Jimmy |

Subject: RE: Mando tab: 9 Points of Roguery/Joseph's Fancy From: GUEST,Jon Date: 03 Nov 05 - 02:06 PM I have never heard anything being sung to either tune. I see that last night (don't ask me how!) I managed to miss the request was for mandolin tab... JC's site isn't really useful for that or at least the only software I tried for converting abc to mandolin wasn't very good. There was a Johnstons CD released a few years back that may still be available... ...which I have found here That one seems to be missing 9 Points of Roguery/Humours of Tulla which was on the "Ye Jacobites By Name" LP I have somewhere here. |

Subject: RE: Mando tab: 9 Points of Roguery/Joseph's Fancy From: Jimmy C Date: 03 Nov 05 - 07:42 PM Thanks all. I will check out the sites. I don't imagine there are any lyrics to these, if there are it will have to be a physically fit non-smoker that sings them ?. Thanks again. |
