I'm looking for the mandolin tablature for these 2 tunes.

1 - None Points of Roguery

2 - Joseph's Fancy

Note : Joseph's Fancy may be known by another title I suspect.

Both recorded by the Johnsons years ago. Used to have the L.P, but can't find it now.

Jimmy

Well, here's a start: http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display.php/429

www.thesession.org is an invaluable resource for Irish tunes.

Cheers,
Michael

The best starting point is John Chambers' site

My attempt didn't turn up Joseph's fancy though. I haven't looked but I'm certain 9 points of roguery will be there.

I have never heard anything being sung to either tune.

I see that last night (don't ask me how!) I managed to miss the request was for mandolin tab... JC's site isn't really useful for that or at least the only software I tried for converting abc to mandolin wasn't very good.

There was a Johnstons CD released a few years back that may still be available...

...which I have found here

That one seems to be missing 9 Points of Roguery/Humours of Tulla which was on the "Ye Jacobites By Name" LP I have somewhere here.

Thanks all. I will check out the sites.

I don't imagine there are any lyrics to these, if there are it will have to be a physically fit non-smoker that sings them ?.

Thanks again.
