Does anyone know the history , sheet music and all the words
to this song ?
My friend used to sing it in grade school in the 30's
and would love to hear from anyone that recognizes this song ?

You're really asking the wrong people - put the same query on this forum and I'm sure you'll get results. Plenty of people on both sides of the pond knowledgeable on vintage popular music and song.
