Hearing that Norma Waterson has died
really brought me rather low today.

And there are more patients, than usual at one time,
complaining of suicidal ideation and scaring their roommates and friends with it.
There are some of us here in the patient community
who literally exclaim with exasperation,
What are we supposed to do when we hear stuff like this?
Just came from a group therapy meeting where we thrashed out that very subject.
It probably left some people feeling better after the meeting,
to air these heavy questions and clear the air a little better.

I am worried for some of my fellow patients, though.
I'll manage, but I am not so certain of the others.
