I mentioned how the House can perform a legal Constitutional coup.
In conjunction with that is the Republican disqualification laws that allow a private citizen to send a postcard demanding a reply or be eliminated at the polls since the postcard not being returned is considered proof of nonresidency.

It worked on me so I could not vote against W the second time.
Its an old trick but is now appearing in most States.
