What were the lyrics in the chorus you listened to, medialu? (Always interested in different versions.) The 3-verse version I posted above, I should have said, was passed on to me by a local singer who assured me that the Fureys version is not complete, and that the complete version is as he gave it to me. I cannot confirm this from written versions (all those I've come across are transcriptions from the Fureys). But knowing the Fureys' habit of truncating songs (e.g. When You Were Sweet Sixteen), I have no reason to doubt him. The folk process at work, no doubt!
