No dianavan - not even implying it. mg - LORs, Letters of Reprimand, are what commanders give as soon as something untoward occurs. Judge advocate is now processing the legal actions that can be taken. Once JA is finished with their recomendations the commander will choose which option to follow up on. And that can be anything from an Article-15 to a full fledged General Court's Martial. The troops determined to be involved could end up spending a lifetime in a Federal facility. As well as a Dishonorable Discharge. Essentially terminating their rights as a United States Citizen and leaving them to fend for themselves with no benefits of any sort for the remainder of their life. No need to suit up - it's being dealt with. Steve
