i don't go into a Starbuck's these days except to pick up a Sunday Times. since it wasn't Sunday, I wouldn't have noticed if it hadn't been plastered over the front of the business sction of the morning paper. my doc took me off coffee three years ago and I'm now a tea drinker, and whatever the quality of their coffee, Starb's has lousy tea.

Rapaire -- if you're ordering coffee to be shipped to you, you might check out Ristretto Roasters in Portland (the one closest to Idaho). it's owned by some friends of mine. very nice folks and, I am told by people who seem to know, a really good roast, and they do a thriving mail order businesss.
