Perhaps your government should stop spending itself into bankruptcy on social engineering programs and get back to basics like national defence, infrastructure building and public lands management."

However, the term 'National Park' does not mean that such an area belongs to the nation.
Much of their funding comes from central government but they are not run or owned by government.
