A couple good books that mention Debbie Green are Baby Let me Follow You Down by Eric Von Schmidt (a very good book on the whole Cambridge folk scene) and Positively 4th Street by David Hajdu. Debbie did teach Joan Baez quite a lot, and in the early days Joan actually copied Debbies repertoire, style, and arrangements.
