Of all the fine people who visited the diffeent folk clubs I ran in the North East of England, Therapy mae a special impression - for their musicianship and talent, of course, but also for their wit, friendliness and charm (that applies to Fiona and Sam, too). I'll never forget Dave introducing Blackwaterside at the Spinning Wheel in Darlington, directly after Cat Stevens's Wide World if I remember correctly, with the words: "And now for those who thought they were going into a folk club and wondered what had gone wrong ...." Wonderful memories of Dave. RIP
