As its says Camden Council in North London , England have passed a law where a person busking in a public place without a licence, which would be expensive in the least would face a £1000 fine seizure of instruments until fine paid, - not that you'ld get much for a kazoo From February 210 Even Billy Bragg and Bill Bailey opposed this extreme move
