JHW - It looks as though it should be straightforward.
This page gives details - you just need Forwarding and Standard POP3.

If you want to use their webmail system, you won't have to do anything after setting up an email address. If you want to use an email client (Outlook Express, Thunderbird) you will need to set up the account details in that - Thunderbird usually does this automatically from the email address.
