Smokey haze in the air yesterday in Seattle and the air smelled pretty bad. I haven't been outside yet today, so I don't know how it is. I have a friend who has a nice big cabin out in the woods in Okenagen County. Some years ago I went up there with him several times. But I'm afraid it's right in the middle of one of the major fire areas. I haven't seen Mike in several years, so I don't have any way of finding out. This whole thing is pretty disastrous. Don Firth
