Like previous posters, I have never heard this song. Nigel Denver and I met with Frankie Vaughan in Easterhouse. We spoke to a delegation from Easterhouse and I gave the royalties of a Decca single of my song The Barras sung by Nigel to the fund at that time. I still have a letter from Frankie to this effect. If I was to guess as to the author of the song I would have said Adam but I'm sure he would have recorded it. It's not Matt's style, too tight. A good song.
