Would someone be kind enough to translate the lyrics, as found in the Digital Tradition and as copied into this discussion by Joe Offer in his post of 30 Apr 18 - 02:07 AM, into something I could understand? The line I've quoted above is particularly incomprehensible to me, but I'm also having trouble with on ilka green loanin', wede, boughts, scornin', dowie and wae, daffin', leglin, swankies, stacks, bogle, har'st, fleecin', dool.
